Duo Voce e Corda takes the listener on a musical and emotional journey. The duo will perform cutting songs about passion and pain, create hope with tunes from the harpsichord, bring to life the tragic fates in the most beautiful arias, and captivate the audience with mini-dramas exuding love and happiness.
The concert features works by Barbara Strozzi (1619–1667), Georg Friedrich Händel (1685–1759), Henry Purcell (1659–1695) and Johann Jacob Froberger (1616–1667).
Wegelius
Minna Nyberg teaches classical and ensemble singing. Together with conductor Jutta Seppinen she also teaches the Chamber Choir.
